- You add a payment method in Trackly
- Card details are securely stored in Stripe
- Usage is tracked and billed automatically
- Invoices are generated and payments processed

Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter card details in the Stripe form
- Click Save

- Other Stripe-supported payment methods
Managing Payment Method
Click Manage Payment Method in Settings > Billing to open the self-service Stripe Customer Portal directly. From there you can update your card, view invoices, and manage your subscription — no support ticket needed.Platform Fee Waiver
When you reach 1M segments in a calendar month, the $19.99 platform fee is automatically waived via a Stripe customer balance credit.Failed Payments
When a payment fails:- Stripe retries automatically
- You receive an email notification
- Discord alert (if configured)
- Update your card to resolve
Retry Schedule
Stripe automatically retries failed payments:- First retry: 3 days after failure
- Second retry: 5 days after first retry
- Third retry: 7 days after second retry
Resolving Failures
- Check card validity and funds
- Update payment method if needed
- Create a support ticket from your dashboard (Support > New Ticket) if issues persist

- See invoice history
- Click to view/download

Check your spam folder. Invoices come from Stripe.
