Offers represent the products or promotions you’re driving traffic to. Trackly tracks clicks, conversions, and revenue for each offer.

What is an Offer?

An Offer contains:
  • A tracking URL (destination)
  • Payout information
  • Performance metrics
  • Platform integration settings

Creating Offers

Manual Creation

  1. Go to Offers
  2. Click New Offer
  3. Enter details:
    • Name
    • Tracking URL
    • Payout (CPA, CPC, etc.)
  4. Save

Platform Sync

Sync offers automatically from:
  • TUNE/HasOffers
  • Everflow
  • Other affiliate platforms

Offer Fields

Linking Offers to Messages

In creatives, bind offers to link placeholders:
Creative: "Shop our sale: {{link1}}"
Offer binding: {{link1}} → Summer Sale Offer
When sent, the link becomes a trackable URL pointing to the offer.

Performance Tracking

Each offer tracks:

The offer list shows 7-day rolling performance:

Bot Filtering

Configure bot filtering per offer:
Bot filter: filter (with preview page)
High-value offers benefit from stricter filtering. See Bot Detection for details.

URL Parameters

Offer URLs can include dynamic parameters:
Base URL: https://advertiser.com/offer?promo=summer
With click ID: https://advertiser.com/offer?promo=summer&click_id={{click_id}}
{{click_id}} is replaced with the unique click identifier for attribution.

Multiple Offers in Messages

Use multiple link placeholders for different offers:
"Clothing: {{link1}}
Electronics: {{link2}}
Accessories: {{link3}}"
Each link can point to a different offer, tracked separately.

Best Practices

“Summer Clothing Sale - 30% Off” beats “Offer 123”
Expired or broken links hurt engagement. Archive old offers.
Update payout amounts when they change for accurate revenue reporting.
If using platform integration, ensure sync runs frequently.
