Exporting Reports

Performance Report

  1. Go to Reports > Performance
  2. Configure your report (dimension, date range)
  3. Click Export
  4. Choose format
  5. Download file

LTV Report

  1. Go to Reports > LTV Cohorts
  2. Set cohort parameters
  3. Click Export
  4. Download

Campaign Report

  1. Go to Schedules
  2. Click on a campaign
  3. Click Export
  4. Download performance data

Data Retention

Export data is available for:
  • Last 90 days: Full detail
  • Older: Aggregated only

Large Exports

For exports over 100,000 rows:
  1. Export runs in background
  2. You receive notification when ready
  3. Download link expires in 24 hours

API Access

Reporting API endpoints are coming soon.

Best Practices

Don’t rely solely on Trackly for data retention. Export periodically for backup.
Daily data for trends, hourly only when needed. More granular = larger files.
Exports may contain sensitive info. Store securely.
