Exporting Reports

Performance Report

1. Go to Reports > Performance
2. Configure your report (dimension, date range)
3. Click Export to download a CSV file

LTV Report

1. Go to Reports > Lifetime Value
2. Set cohort parameters
3. Click Export to download a CSV file

Campaign Performance

There’s no separate campaign export. Group the Performance Report by Send Name to see per-campaign performance, then click Export to download it as CSV.

Performance Export

The CSV contains exactly the columns visible in the report. Use the Metrics column picker before exporting to add or remove columns such as Attempts, Segments, Unsubs, Cost, Profit, EPC, EPM, Sales, 1h CTR and Blast Rev. Delivered counts are shown on the Deliverability tab of the Performance Report, and are included in its export instead.

Delivery Logs

The Delivery Logs report shows per-message detail — status, timestamp, to number, carrier, offer, segment count, error code, and error description — but does not offer a CSV export.

Data Retention

A single report query can span at most 365 days. Older data remains available at full detail — query it with a different date range with no loss of granularity.

Row Limits

Reports in the app load — and therefore export — at most 2,000 rows; the reporting API returns at most 5,000 rows per request. When a query matches more rows than the limit, the report is marked “(results truncated)” — narrow your date range, dimensions, or filters to see the rest.
