Getting Started

Step 1: Join the Trackly Discord

Join our Discord server using this invite link:

Click to join the Trackly SMS Discord server
Once you’re in the server, link your Discord account to your Trackly account:
/sms link YOUR_API_KEY
Use this command in a private channel or DM with the bot. Your API key will be visible briefly.
You’ll see a confirmation:
Successfully linked to tenant **Your Company Name**!
API Key: `***xyz`

You now have access to your private channels.

Step 3: Access Your Channels

After linking, you’ll have access to:

Private Channels

Each tenant (company) gets private channels that only their team members can access:
  • #yourcompany-alerts: Your delivery and billing alerts
  • #yourcompany-support: Your support ticket threads
  • #yourcompany-activity: Your message activity (optional)
Team members must link their Discord accounts to access these channels.

Security

  • Private channels are only visible to linked team members
  • API keys are stored securely and never displayed after linking
  • You can unlink your account at any time with /sms unlink
  • Alert notifications (phone numbers are masked)
  • Usage statistics
  • Support ticket content
  • No message content is ever shared
Only Discord users who have linked an API key from your account can see your private channels.

Unlinking Your Account

To disconnect your Discord account:
/sms unlink
This removes your access to private channels but doesn’t affect your Trackly account.
